 Sector (05/18/2007)

“Paper money eventually returns to its
intrinsic value ---- zero.”

          Voltaire ( 1694-1778 )

What is better than:
Money in the bank? Stocks? Bonds? Mutual Funds?
A 401k? An IRA? Even gold mining stocks? Gold ETFs?
Gold Futures? Gold Options?

The above describes the Chart aspects of FSAGX .

Note: Positions in any of the above Sectors would require protective and trailing stops. Where protective stops take you out on large daily/hourly negative NAV changes and trailing stops take you out when the NAV declines from it's peak value by a specified stop percentage. (e.g.) 6% or a moving average crossover has occurred.

    Market Comments
The NYSE ( Blue Chips) Indicators  have deteriorated and are now mostly Red.
The NASDAQ ( High-Tech ) Indicators  have deteriorated and are mostly Red.

    Major Equity Indexes

Study these Major Market Index charts as they act as a barometer for the investing climate,

The McClellan Summation and Oscillator Indexes have done an
excellent job of illustrating the NYSE and NASDAQ advances and
declines. As opposed to price or NAV data this is a measure their
Internal Strength. Checkout the above links to these charts.

Short term Market rallies are best played by Rydex, ProShares,
Ishares etc. in order to circumvent Fidelity's short term exchange fees.

    Special Note:

Please remember that it is not, how much you make
      that is important,
      but how much you KEEP.
Now is the time to PLAN your market exit
      strategy for preserving your capital.

Whenever all three of the indicators turn Red,
for either the NYSE or the NASDAQ,
      the market Risk is
Great, and it is best to
stand aside. ( Switch to Money Market or hedge your portfolio. )
